The Collier Community Foundation proudly serves the Collier County area, supporting positive change in our communities. From Naples to Immokalee, we serve a wide range of neighborhoods and communities, all with unique opportunities and challenges. The Community Foundation of Collier County has been connecting people who care to causes that matter, growing charitable legacies, and funding nonprofit organizations to improve the quality of life in Collier County for 35 years. We connect with hundreds of local nonprofits to make Collier County a better place and conduct significant studies that lead to real change in the community— like the 2017 Community Needs and Assets Assessment initiative with the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation and 30 other community partners.

As a direct result, the Community Foundation has launched the $15.5 million Your Passion. Your Collier. campaign to address mental health & substance abuse, housing & hunger, education & employment, seniors & veterans, environment & accessibility, and crisis and disaster relief.
