With a Master of Laws (LLM) in taxation, he brings an understanding of the income, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax implications in every aspect of the planning process. He leverages his knowledge to assist clients throughout probate and
trust administration, optimize planning goals, and avoid tax traps. Ray also brings an understanding of international tax law when foreign, non-resident clients are in need of U.S. estate planning or tax planning.

Ray advises both for-profit and nonprofit entities on a wide range of legal matters tax credit eligibility, state and local tax issues, and tax-efficient or tax-free transaction-structuring strategies. Additionally, he assists clients with navigating the risks involved in each stage of investment, including choice of entity, formation and exit strategy.
