Richard “Rich” Grows has been with J.P. Morgan Private Bank for 13 years. As a Senior Banker, he helps successful families simplify their financial lives as well as make meaningful decisions. Mr. Grows has extensive experience advising ultra high net worth individuals relative to their banking needs, asset allocation and investment implementation, customized credit, estate and tax planning as well as generational planning. In doing so, he provides a consultative approach as well as access to a deep bench of specialists, senior leaders, and industry leading resources. Equally important, he has the comprehensive skills and organizational structure to combine these separate aspects into a unified plan tailored to each client’s unique needs and aspirations. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Mr. Grows was a Financial Representative with Thrivent Financial where he developed customized insurance and investment strategies for affluent families.

A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Mr. Grows graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Norbert College where he received a B.A. in Accounting. He also has an MBA from Marquette University with a concentration in Finance and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma as a lifetime member. Mr. Grows currently serves on the Board of Directors & Finance Committee for St. Matthew’s House (Naples, FL) and the Board of Directors and Finance Committee for Grace Place (Naples, FL). Formerly, he served on the Naples Zoobilee Committee, the Board of Directors for Ducks Unlimited, the Finance Committee for the Feith YMCA, (Milwaukee, WI) as well as the Finance Committee for Crossway Church (Milwaukee, WI). When he’s not working, Mr. Grows enjoys time with his wife, Angela and their three boys, Parker, Pierce and Reid. He is also an avid fisherman, sports enthusiast, and enjoys golf.
